The Countdown to General Assembly and the NDI General Convention Continues!

As the season changes, we are starting the final climb toward the 30th General Assembly! We want to encourage you again to stay connected through NDI’s bi-monthly Journey newsletter, other Nazarene communications, and the official General Assembly website to receive the latest news! Just as our current environment is unpredictable and changing, so are the plans for the 30th General Assembly. With this information at hand, we want to share the schedule of events for our time together in Indianapolis!
As of this past month, the Board of General Superintendents confirmed the decision to move the start of all GA events to Friday, 9 June. This means that NDI’s first plenary session will begin that afternoon, with the large worship gathering and first children’s service beginning that evening. Each night, these main services will focus on a different topic and ministry that go along with the GA theme: Jesus is Lord!
Friday, 9 June, 6:30 p.m.: Eugénio R. Duarte, “Go” Missions, NMI Focus
Saturday, 10 June, 6:30 p.m.: Gustavo A. Crocker, “Follow” Discipleship, NDI Focus*
Sunday, 11 June, 10:00 a.m.: David W. Graves, “Worship” Communion
Sunday, 11 June, 6:30 p.m.: David A. Busic, “Share” Evangelism, NYI Focus
(Monday, 12 June, 10:30 a.m.: Carla D. Sunberg, Quadrennial Address & GA Business Meeting)
Monday, 12 June, 6:30 p.m.: Filimão M. Chambo, “Love” Compassion, IBOE/NCM Focus/Love Your Neighbor emphasis
