The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received 21 December 2020 - 8 January 2021.

Paul Alexander, 83, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away 20 December 2020. He was a retired minister who served in California and Arizona. He is survived by his wife, Grace Alexander.

Gary Blowers, 71, of Cumby, Texas, passed away 31 December 2020. He was a retired minister who served in Vermont. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Blowers.

Max Brammer, 91, of Bradenton, Florida, passed away 2 January 2021. He was a missionary to Papa New Guinea. He was preceded in death by his wife, Miriam Brammer, who passed away in 2017. 

William Brunk, 89, of San Diego, California, passed away 9 December 2020. He was a retired educator from Point Loma Nazarene University. He is survived by his wife, Genevieve Brunk.

James Browning, 89, of Waldron, Arkansas, passed away 21 December 2020. He was a retired minister who served in Colorado, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn Browning.

Chris Curry, 68, of Caldwell, Idaho, passed away 21 December 2020. He was a retired minister who served in Colorado, Georgia, Maine, Arizona, Kansas, New York, and Missouri. He is survived by his wife, Betty Curry.

Betty Ellis, 84, of Lancaster, Kentucky, passed away 25 December 2020. She was the widow of Lonzy Ellis, a minister who served in Kentucky. Lonzy passed away in 1988.

Dale Fitch, 71, of Cathedral City, California, passed away 28 December 2020. He was a minister who served in Indiana, New York, Missouri, and California. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Fitch.

Bobbie Gresser, 85, of Valparaiso, Indiana, passed away 13 December 2020. She was the wife of David Gresser, a retired minister who served in Indiana and Wisconsin.

Bernita Gunn, 78, of Winterhaven, California, passed away 29 December 2020. She was a minister, serving in New Mexico. She is survived by her husband, Julian Gunn.

Edward Harrell, 80, of Beebe, Arkansas, passed away 13 December 2020. He was a retired minister who served in Arkansas. He is survived by his wife, Christa Harrell.

Ronald Hershberger, 74, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away 26 December 2020. He was the husband of Judith Hershberger, a retired minister who served in Washington and Missouri. 

Maria Hernandez, 52, of Lompoc, California, passed away 29 November 2020. She was the wife of Pedro Hernandez Garcia, who serves at Lompoc Trinity Church of the Nazarene.

Betty Hoose, 89, of Gaines, Michigan, passed away 30 December 2020. She was the widow of Milton Hoose, a retired minister who served in Michigan. Milton passed away in 2018.

Susie Ketner, 90, of Dodge City, Kansas, passed away 25 December 2020. She was the widow of Jerrold Ketner, a minister who served in Kansas and Colorado. Jerrold passed away in 2015.

Faaitiiti Mamea, 95, of Ewa Beach, Hawaii, passed away 29 December 2020. She is the widow of Liusa Ulavale, a retired minister who served in Hawaii. Liusa passed away in 1998.

Patricia Meenach, 79, of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away 29 December 2020. She was the wife of Chris Meenach, a retired minister who served in Ohio. 

Gerald Morgan, 88 of Columbiana, Ohio, passed away 5 January 2021. He was a retired minister who served in Ohio. He is survived by his wife, Kay Morgan.

Marion Nansel, 79, of Wichita, Kansas, passed away 26 December 2020. He was a minister who served in Kansas. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Nansel.

Darlene Norcross, 77, of Homer, Louisiana, passed away 24 December 2020. She was the wife of James Norcross, a retired minister who served in California, Texas, Kansas, Louisiana, Colorado, and Oregon.

Richard Pride II, 71, of Georgetown, Ohio, passed away 22 December 2020. He was a retired minister who served in Ohio. He is survived by his wife, Celia Pride.

J. Daphene Richard, 77, of Charleston, West Virginia, passed away 20 December 2020. She was a retired minister who served in West Virginia. She is survived by her husband, Gilbert Richard.

Jose Rodriguez, 79, of Dallas, Texas, passed away 17 December 2020. He was the husband of Eustacia Caridad Martinez Rodriguez, a minister who served in Texas.

Carolyn Scott, 90, of Stockton, California, passed away 24 December 2020. She was the wife of Robert Scott, a retired minister, superintendent, and served as Director of World Missions from 1986-1994. 

Robert Scott, 90, of Stockton, California, passed away 27 December 2020. He was a minister who served in California, was the district superintendent of the Southern California District from 1975-1986, and was the director of World Missions for the Church of the Nazarene from 1986-1994. He was preceded in death by his wife Carolyn, who passed away 24 December.

Lavone Seetal, 57, of Altadena, California, passed away 17 December 2020. She was the wife of Walter Seetal, a chaplain and minister who served in Alberta, Canada, and California.

Neva Skinner, 97, of Milton, Florida, passed away 29 December 2020. She was a retired missionary who served in Chile. She was preceded in death by her husband, retired missionary Boyd Skinner, who passed away in 2011.

Horace Smith, 72, of Logansport, Indiana, passed away 2 January 2021. He was a retired minister who served in Indiana. He is survived by his wife, Linda Smith.

William "Bill" Smith, 68, of Benton City, Washington, passed away 28 December 2020. He was a minister at Benton City New Beginnings. 

Joanne Allen Stebbins, 85, Orchard Park, New York, passed away 4 January 2021. She was a retired chaplain who served in New York and Washington. She is survived by her husband, Francis Stebbins.

Javier Tamez, 55, of Henderson, Nevada, passed away 2 January 2021. He was the pastor of Las Vegas Church of the Nazarene. He is survived by his wife, Milissa Tamez. 

Karen Taylor, 70, of Kokomo, Indiana, passed away 15 December 2020. She was the wife of William Taylor, a retired minister who served in Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
