Jonnalagadda Mathews has been appointed district superintendent of the India Karnataka District.

The appointment was made by General Superintendent David Busic in consultation with the India Karnataka District Advisory Board, Eurasia Regional Director Jim Ritchie, and the Board of General Superintendents.

Mathews’ appointment was effective 12 August 2022. He replaces Mark Promod, who served in the role since 2020.

Mathews has pastored Hebbal Church of the Nazarene since 1998. He also has served as the District Secretary since 2009.
