Josué Fenco Flores, superintendent of the Peru Central District, passed away 2 September at the age of 60.
Fenco was ordained in 2000 and served as a pastor throughout Peru before he was appointed district superintendent earlier this year.
“He took on this responsibility with much love,” said Oscar Suárez Becerra, Peru communications coordinator. “[He showed us] an example of fidelity, simplicity, and selfless service to God.”
A funeral service will be held at the Pueblo Libre Church of the Nazarene in Peru.
Prayer is requested for the Fenco and district church families.
