As part of its commitment to ongoing pastoral ministry training, the Seminário Teológico Nazareno do Brasil (STNB) held the third edition of the "I SEE A CHURCH" immersion on 15-26 April 2025.

This initiative aims to promote the renewal of the clergy of the Church of the Nazarene in Brazil by offering practical and relevant tools that directly contribute to the revitalization of local churches.

Since its implementation, the immersion program has positively impacted hundreds of ministry leaders across the country, bringing together district superintendents, pastors, and various local ministry leaders. The immersion's methodological approach combines theological formation with highly relevant content, practical training, and shared ministry experiences, creating an environment conducive to inspiration, spiritual growth, and the development of contextualized pastoral strategies.

The event featured Nazarene speakers whose local churches have experienced exponential organic growth as they continue to become leaders in their practices of intentional discipleship and commitment to community engagement.

Also notable was the special participation of the regional coordinator of ministries for South America, Jimmy de Gouveia, whose contribution provided a broad perspective on the Nazarene movement in the region, inspiring participants toward missions and pastoral renewal.

The sessions were marked by moments of worship, conferences, thematic workshops, and opportunities for dialogue among participants, thereby strengthening ministerial communion and promoting a renewed missional vision for the churches represented. The shared testimonies reflected the collective desire to see churches that are healthier, relevant, and committed to God's mission in their communities.

As an educational institution, STNB praises the Lord for the opportunity to serve the denomination beyond the official academic program, extending its educational commitment through initiatives that significantly contribute to the ongoing development of workers in God's kingdom.

The "I SEE A CHURCH" immersion has established itself as a strategic platform to support the revitalization and expansion of the Church of the Nazarene in Brazil, and the STNB reaffirms its commitment to continue promoting educational spaces that generate personal, ministerial, and ecclesial transformation.
