The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received 28 March - April 1 2022.

Beverly Bass, 82, of Inverness, Florida, passed away 22 March 2022. She was the widow of Martin Bass, a retired minister who served in Illinois, Ohio, and Florida. Martin passed away in 2020.

Alberta Danner, 93, of Satanta, Kansas, passed away 29 March 2022. She was a retired minister and volunteer missionary who served in Belize. She is survived by her husband, Ben Danner.

A.D. Foster, 94, of Overland Park, Kansas, passed away 28 March 2022. He was a retired minister and evangelist who served in Iowa. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Foster, who passed away in 2018.

Dudley Hathaway, 94, of Lexington, Kentucky, passed away 25 March 2022. He was a retired minister who served in Vermont and Massachusetts. He was preceded in death by his wife, Aileen Hathaway who passed away in 1989.

Lois Helfrich, 87, of Canal Fulton, Ohio, passed away 29 March 2022. She was the widow of Russell Helfrich, a retired minister who served in Ohio and New York. Russell passed away in 2001.

Jeannette Iglesias, 87, of Crystal River, Florida, passed away 28 March 2022. She was the wife of David Iglesias, a retired minister who served in New York and California. 

Carol Lichlyter, 80, of Wikes, Arkansas, passed away 23 March 2022. She was a minister who served in Arkansas.

Mary Porthen, 87, of Durban, South Africa, passed away 17 February 2022. She was the widow of Michael Porthen, who pastored Merebank Church of the Nazarene for over 50 years. Michael passed away in 2012.

Lisa Ward, 59, of Colora, Maryland, passed away 23 March 2022. She was the wife of Blake Ward, who pastors Havre de Grace The Great Commission Church of the Nazarene in Maryland. 

Jeff Wooten, 53, of Commerce, Texas, passed away 28 March 2022. He was a minister who served in Texas, and Oklahoma. He is survived by his wife, Christie Wooten.
