Julie Cheney

Rev. Dr. Julie Cheney is the Lead Pastor at the Tulare Church of the Nazarene. She is an ordained elder and serves as chairperson on the USA/Canada Women Clergy Council, District Secretary of the Central California District, adjunct professor at Olivet Nazarene University, and a lead developer in the new Regional Course of Study.

She earned her bachelor’s degree at Fresno Pacific University, her Master’s degree at Trevecca Nazarene University, and her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at Columbia International University.
