Stairwells in the five-story Nielson Center for Education and Evangelism at APNTS campus need to be completed with appropriate flooring, paint, handrails, and sufficient lighting. Presently these are bare concrete without appropriate flooring, handrails, and sufficient lighting, and would not be safe if an emergency arose. The NCEE houses the Cobb Center chapel and activity space, the library, seminar rooms, and administrative and faculty offices, and as the most utilized building on campus is serviced by only one small elevator, thus completing the stairwells is an urgent need.
