The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received 9-13 October 2023.

Phillip Bumpers, 76, of Grenada, Mississippi, passed away 14 October 2023. He was a retired minister who served in Arkansas and Mississippi. He is survived by his wife, Linda Bumpers.

Larry Cale, 92, of Logan, West Virginia, passed away 13 October 2023. He was a retired minister who served in West Virginia. He is survived by his wife, Donna Cale.

Byron Hissom, 88, of Charleston, West Virginia, passed away 15 October 2023. He was a retired minister who served in West Virginia. He is survived by his wife, Anna Hissom.

Kenneth Huffman, , of Summerville, South Carolina, passed away 14 October 2023. He was a retired minister who served in Massachussetts, New York and Maine. He is survived by his wife, Bernadette Huffman.

Jerry Kester, 69, of Olympia, Washington, passed away 13 October 2023. He has led the Washington Pacific District as superintendent since 2011. He served as a minister in Washington, Idaho, and Kansas. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Kester.

Clarence Kinzler, 88, of Nampa, Idaho, passed away 15 October 2023. He was a retired district superintendent who led the Northern California District from 1984 to 2001. He also served as a minister in Kansas, Idaho, and California.

Lawrence Oelger, 82, of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, passed away 15 October 2023. He was a retired minister who served in Missouri.

Robert Terry, 92, of Ozark, Arkansas, passed away 9 October 2023. He was a retired minister who served in Iowa, Missouri, and Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his wife, Wyvonna Terry, who passed away in 2011.

Anita Witte, 80, of Sun City, Arizona, passed away 15 October 2023. She was the widow of Charles Witte Sr., a retired minister who served in Florida, Louisian and Oklahoma. Charles Sr. passed away in 2010.
