The foundational doctrines of the Church of the Nazarene are collectively called the Articles of Faith. These 16 statements are the basis of our theological identity.  

The globally unified Nazarene family seeks to preserve our God-given heritage that expresses what we believe about God, the Scriptures, salvation through Jesus Christ, the Church, and Christ's return. These articles help define the theological framework that the Church of the Nazarene affirms.
