Roger is directly responsible for the growth and impact of NYI ministry upon the lives of many students. Under his leadership, the ministry grew from a few churches to dozens. 

Over the 26 years of Joe's youth ministry, he has dedicated his life to the youth around him. If ever anyone was qualified for such a prestigious award, he is.

Our youth group has fueled the growth at our church and Bret and DeAnna have been foundational in the investment we have made in our teens and for this we are forever grateful.

Youth ministry has always been an important part of Mike and Melinda's ministry. After 28 years of service, they still love students and have a commitment to investing in the next generation.

Tracey was a very supportive parent while her three children were involved in NYI, and continues to be actively involved in NYI today. She loves the Lord, her family, and the teens all across the North Alabama District!

Wil has served youth extensively. He has discipled young people for over 25 years both in the community through Youth for Christ and Athletes in Action and in the local church through youth and college ministries.
