Segue abaixo o depoimento de Dukuly:<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;Meu nome \u00e9 Francis Dukuly. Tinha apenas 13 anos quando perdi meus pais durante a guerra civil na Lib\u00e9ria em 1990. Assisti horrorizado \u00e0 morte dos meus pais diante dos meus olhos, pelas m\u00e3os de uma multid\u00e3o. Naquele momento, senti um desejo desesperado de contra-atacar, mas n\u00e3o pude. Acabei fugindo do meu vilarejo, Zeakin, e acabei me juntando a um grupo que me levou por um caminho escuro do mal.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pensava que abra\u00e7ar este estilo de vida maligno me traria paz. Me envolvi em todos os tipos de delitos e continuei a viver dessa maneira desde ent\u00e3o. Muitas vezes me escondo nos arbustos, evitando cidades. Trabalho para pessoas, especialmente pol\u00edticos. Eu ainda n\u00e3o me estabeleci em um lugar s\u00f3; estou aqui h\u00e1 mais de um m\u00eas.<\/p>\n\n<p>Mal posso acreditar no que est\u00e1 acontecendo comigo esta noite. O que me lembro de assistir ao filme <em>JESUS<\/em> \u00e9 um incidente onde um dos disc\u00edpulos de Jesus cortou a orelha de um soldado enquanto prendia Jesus. Para meu espanto, Jesus curou o soldado colocando sua orelha novamente no lugar. N\u00e3o conseguia compreender como ele poderia mostrar tanta miseric\u00f3rdia \u00e0queles que queriam mat\u00e1-lo.<\/p>\n\n<p>Suas palavras ressoaram em mim, especialmente quando ele disse: &#8216;Aquele que luta com uma espada morrer\u00e1 pela espada&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n<p>Naquele momento, percebi que estava errado ao cometer todos esses atos malignos em resposta \u00e0s mortes de meus pais. N\u00e3o deveria ter buscado vingan\u00e7a contra pessoas inocentes, e sou culpado de meus pecados.<\/p>\n\n<p>Por favor, orem por mim. Prometo mudar meus caminhos a partir deste dia. Poderia ter perdido minha vida neste processo, mas acredito que Deus quer que eu o sirva. Decidi trabalhar para Deus at\u00e9 minha morte, e acredito que n\u00e3o \u00e9 coincid\u00eancia que Deus trouxe o filme <em>JESUS<\/em> para minha cidade. Que Deus aben\u00e7oe todos voc\u00eas.<\/p>\n\n<p>Estou genuinamente feliz em me tornar uma pessoa mudada. Eu estava perdido, mas agora Deus me encontrou.
