Minist\u00e9rios Nazarenos Compassivos<\/a> de todo o Campo do Caribe participaram de uma oficina de resposta a desastres de dois dias 20-21 de maio realizada na Igreja S\u00e3o James do Nazareno em Porto de Espanha, Trinidad e Tobago. <\/p>\nEste treinamento marca a primeira vez que todos os coordenadores de NCM de distrito e os superintendentes de distrito no Campo do Caribe foram capazes de participar juntos de um evento de treinamento NCM.<\/p>\n
Os principais objetivos eram informar os participantes da estrutura de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o NCM local e desenvolver as habilidades de lideran\u00e7a dos coordenadores sobre prepara\u00e7\u00e3o e resposta a desastres.<\/p>\n
Coordenador de Estrat\u00e9gia de Campo do Caribe Alphonso Porter liderou a abertura de oficina. Coordenador Regional NCM Dhariana Balbuena liderou as sess\u00f5es no primeiro dia, e Brandon Sipes, coordenador de programa global NCM para prepara\u00e7\u00e3o para desastres e resposta de emerg\u00eancia, liderou o treinamento no segundo dia.<\/p>\n
O evento enfatizou os muitos desafios que o campo enfrenta de implementar e coordenar programas de resposta. Como um campo de v\u00e1rias ilhas abrangendo quase 2.000 milhas e aproximadamente 14 distritos em 20 pa\u00edses, coordena\u00e7\u00e3o program\u00e1tica pode ser dif\u00edcil. <\/p>\n
