(MNU News<\/a>, 22 de maio) H\u00e1  dois anos, Kevin Garber, diretor de rela\u00e7\u00f5es de ex-alunos da Universidade MidAmerica Nazarene, estava dirigindo para casa de  trabalho tarde em uma noite de ver\u00e3o, quando outro motorista havia ampliado seu ve\u00edculo.<\/p>\n

Kevin sofreu ferimentos s\u00e9rios em seu pesco\u00e7o e costas. Felizmente, ele n\u00e3o estava paralisado, mas ele teve que passar oito semanas do ver\u00e3o em um aparelho de costas. <\/p>\n

Durante sua recupera\u00e7\u00e3o, ele come\u00e7ou a se perguntar sobre a pessoa que o atingiu. Acontece que o ‘cara que o atingiu’ era um graduado do Estado de Kansas de 23 anos de Kansas rural. O jovem homem estava dirigindo sob a influ\u00eancia  e foi levado para a pris\u00e3o naquela noite.<\/p>\n

Kevin decidiu ir para algumas das audi\u00eancias de tribunal do jovem homem  para aprender mais sobre ele.<\/p>\n
