A venda e compra hist\u00f3rica foi aprovada por unanimidade pelo Conselho Nacional dos EUA e Conselho Geral da Igreja do Nazareno e o Conselho de Diretores da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Wesleyan de Investimento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Wesleyan News se reuniu com o CEO da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Wesleyan de Investimento, Craig A. Dunn, para discutir a compra de fundo de empr\u00e9stimo e seu impacto no c\u00edrculo eleitoral da Igreja Wesleyan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Que mudan\u00e7a o pastor m\u00e9dio ou investidor notar\u00e1 como resultado desta a\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>O pastor m\u00e9dio ou investidor n\u00e3o notar\u00e1 mudan\u00e7a. Fornecemos uma gama completa de servi\u00e7os para igrejas Wesleyan por mais de 60 anos e isso n\u00e3o mudar\u00e1. Em ess\u00eancia, negociamos algumas reservas de dinheiro para seus empr\u00e9stimos. Agora geraremos um fluxo de caixa positivo desses empr\u00e9stimos, o que nos torna mais fortes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>A Igreja do Nazareno limitou a quantidade de d\u00f3lar de empr\u00e9stimos que eles aprovaram. Voc\u00ea ter\u00e1 que limitar quantias de empr\u00e9stimo no primeiro lugar?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o, esta \u00e9 uma das coisas que tornam isso muito positivo para a Igreja do Nazareno.
