Contrairement aux biblioth\u00e8ques, il n’existe aucun syst\u00e8me \u00e9tabli pour organiser les archives. Il existe cependant des principes d’archivage g\u00e9n\u00e9raux et des pratiques \u00e9tablies que les Archives nazar\u00e9ennes suivent. Une compr\u00e9hension g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de notre approche peut aider les chercheurs \u00e0 utiliser les archives et ses aides de recherche.<\/p>\n

Les articles appartenant \u00e0 la m\u00eame collection ne sont pas n\u00e9cessairement situ\u00e9s les uns \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des autres sur l’\u00e9tag\u00e8re, \u00e0 condition qu’ils soient r\u00e9pertori\u00e9s ensemble dans l’inventaire. Cela donne une flexibilit\u00e9 dans l’ajout \u00e0 l’inventaire et augmente la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 stocker des collections plus efficacement.<\/p>\n

Une archive n’arrange pas ses collections par sujet ou par sujet, mais en fonction de qui a produit la collection. De nombreuses collections des Archives nazar\u00e9ennes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 produites par des agences ou des fonctionnaires de l’\u00c9glise. L’ordre dans lequel les collections sont r\u00e9pertori\u00e9es est bas\u00e9 sur un diagramme de flux d\u00e9terminant la relation de ces agences et offices les uns aux autres. L’inventaire des Archives nazar\u00e9ennes se d\u00e9place des niveaux les plus g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de l’\u00c9glise (en commen\u00e7ant par les collections de l’Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale – la s\u00e9rie 200) aux plus particuliers, se terminant par des collections centr\u00e9es sur des membres de l’\u00c9glise individuels (s\u00e9rie 1200).<\/p>\n

Les dossiers des agences de l’\u00c9glise sont conserv\u00e9s dans leur ordre d’origine ou restaur\u00e9s dans leur ordre d’origine. Les archives ne r\u00e9organisent pas une collection ni ne lui imposent un ordre \u00e0 moins que l’ordre original ne soit perdu et ne puisse pas \u00eatre reconstruit.<\/p>\n

Lorsqu’un officiel de l’\u00c9glise a occup\u00e9 plus d’un poste dans l’\u00c9glise, tous ses dossiers sont r\u00e9pertori\u00e9s ensemble \u00e0 un endroit dans l’inventaire, sous le d\u00e9partement o\u00f9 le plus haut poste de la personne a \u00e9t\u00e9 occup\u00e9. Des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences crois\u00e9es appropri\u00e9es sont plac\u00e9es dans d’autres parties de l’inventaire o\u00f9 la personne a \u00e9galement occup\u00e9 un poste.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
