minist\u00e8res nazar\u00e9ens de compassion<\/a> de tout le champ des Cara\u00efbes ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 un atelier de r\u00e9ponse aux catastrophes de deux jours 20-21 mai tenu \u00e0 l’\u00c9glise Saint-Jacques du Nazar\u00e9en \u00e0 Port d’Espagne, Trinit\u00e9-et-Tobago. <\/p>\nCette formation marque la premi\u00e8re fois que tous les coordonnateurs de district NCM et les surintendants de district du champ des Cara\u00efbes \u00e9taient capables de participer ensemble \u00e0 un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de formation NCM.<\/p>\n
Les objectifs principaux \u00e9taient d’informer les participants de la structure d’organisation locale NCM et de d\u00e9velopper les comp\u00e9tences en leadership des coordonnateurs en ce qui concerne la pr\u00e9paration et la r\u00e9ponse aux catastrophes.<\/p>\n
Le coordonnateur de strat\u00e9gie de champ des Cara\u00efbes Alphonso Porter a dirig\u00e9 l’ouverture d’atelier. Le coordonnateur r\u00e9gional NCM Dhariana Balbuena a dirig\u00e9 les sessions le premier jour et Brandon Sipes, coordonnateur du programme mondial NCM pour la pr\u00e9paration aux catastrophes et la r\u00e9ponse d’urgence, a dirig\u00e9 la formation le deuxi\u00e8me jour.<\/p>\n
L’\u00e9v\u00e9nement a soulign\u00e9 les nombreux d\u00e9fis auxquels le champ est confront\u00e9 pour mettre en \u0153uvre et coordonner les programmes de r\u00e9ponse. En tant que champ multi-\u00eele s’\u00e9tendant sur pr\u00e8s de 2 000 miles et environ 14 districts dans 20 pays, la coordination programmatique peut \u00eatre difficile. <\/p>\n
