Graves l&rsquo;a rendu officiel qu&rsquo;il y aurait des changements majeurs \u00e0 la Maison d&rsquo;\u00e9dition nazar\u00e9enne (NPH) efficaces imm\u00e9diatement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Travaillant avec le PDG int\u00e9rimaire Jim Van Hook, le conseil NPH a approuv\u00e9 une restructuration initiale du minist\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00e9dition de l&rsquo;\u00c9glise du Nazar\u00e9en pour aborder la crise financi\u00e8re confront\u00e9e \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de 102 ans \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le Dr Graves. Le BGS soutient les changements en cours de mise en \u0153uvre. \u00a0\u00bb&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le 28 juillet 2014, en consultation avec le Conseil NPH, le BGS a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 vacant le bureau du pr\u00e9sident NPH en retirant Gerald Smith de cette position efficace le 31 juillet 2014. Un comit\u00e9 de recherche a \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9 et des plans sont faits pour la s\u00e9curisation d&rsquo;un nouveau leadership pour NPH.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, dans un effort pour contr\u00f4ler les pertes op\u00e9rationnelles, NPH a r\u00e9duit sa force de travail d&rsquo;environ 35 %.
