Middendorf a pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment servi de surintendant du district d’Oklahoma nord-ouest et a dirig\u00e9 les \u00c9glises au Tennessee, au Kentucky, au Nouveau-Mexique, au Texas et au Missouri. He currently sert de directeur ex\u00e9cutif du Centre du leadership pastoral au NTS.<\/p>\n
