En 2000, Ottley a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 planter l’\u00c9glise communautaire Gateway du Nazar\u00e9en \u00e0 Whitby, Ontario, Canada, o\u00f9 il continue \u00e0 servir de pasteur int\u00e9rimaire. Pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, il a servi de pasteur associ\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00c9glise de Rosewood du Nazar\u00e9en \u00e0 Toronto.<\/p>\n
Ottley a \u00e9migr\u00e9 du Belize aux \u00c9tats-Unis en 1980 pour assister au Coll\u00e8ge nazar\u00e9en Bethany (maintenant Universit\u00e9 nazar\u00e9enne du sud), o\u00f9 il a gagn\u00e9 un baccalaur\u00e9at en sciences en gestion des affaires.
