Lloyd Brock a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 surintendant du district de l’Illinois nord-ouest. La nomination a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite par le surintendant g\u00e9n\u00e9ral David Graves en consultation avec le Comit\u00e9 consultatif de district de l’Illinois nord-ouest, le directeur r\u00e9gional \u00c9tats-Unis \/ Canada Stan Reeder et le Conseil des surintendants g\u00e9n\u00e9raux. <\/p>\n

Je suis humble et reconnaissant pour l’opportunit\u00e9 de servir J\u00e9sus-Christ et ce district aim\u00e9 \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Brock. Le privil\u00e8ge de servir dans ce district en tant que pasteur principal \u00e0 Pekin Premier pendant 15 ans a \u00e9t\u00e9 remarquable. Je suis impatient de voir comment Dieu utilisera notre grande \u00e9quipe de ministres et de la\u00efcs pour continuer \u00e0 construire son \u00c9glise dans le nord-ouest de l’Illinois. \u00a0\u00bb <\/p>\n

Brock remplace Scott Sherwood, qui a dirig\u00e9 le district depuis 2012. Sherwood a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment \u00e9lu pr\u00e9sident du Coll\u00e8ge biblique nazar\u00e9en. Brock prend office le 1 juillet 2021.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 l’origine de Caroline du Sud, Brock a grandi dans l’\u00c9glise de Hartsville du Nazar\u00e9en et a obtenu son dipl\u00f4me de l’Universit\u00e9 nazar\u00e9enne de Trevecca en 1983 avec un baccalaur\u00e9at en minist\u00e8re pastoral. En 1986, il a gagn\u00e9 une Ma\u00eetrise de divinit\u00e9 du S\u00e9minaire th\u00e9ologique nazar\u00e9en. <\/p>\n

Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 ordonn\u00e9 dans le district de Caroline du Nord en 1988 et a servi de pasteur principal \u00e0 Shelby, Caroline du Nord (1986-1991), Hartsville, Caroline du Sud (1991-2000), Charlotte, Caroline du Nord (2000-2006) et Pekin, Illinois (2006-2021).<\/p>\n
