Les crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection comprenaient :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00catre actif dans le minist\u00e8re et servir dans une \u00c9glise locale ;<\/li>\n<li>Avoir des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents en \u00e9ducation minist\u00e9rielle ;<\/li>\n<li>\u00catre un candidat potentiel pour l&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de pr\u00e9paration strat\u00e9gique ;<\/li>\n<li>\u00catre pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00eatre cultiv\u00e9 par un syst\u00e8me de coaching pendant deux ans ;<\/li>\n<li>Avoir un mentor pendant le programme de deux ans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Errol et &nbsp;Rhonda Carrim facilitent l&rsquo;&nbsp;institut et coacheront le groupe &nbsp;par un contact personnel, des webinaires, un blog et des lectures de livres et d&rsquo;articles.&nbsp;Une structure de mentorat sera \u00e9tablie pendant le programme et un mentor sera affect\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque membre ELDI. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.usacanadaregion.org\/ministries\/multicultural-ministries\" target=\"_blank\">Minist\u00e8res multiculturels \u00c9tats-Unis \/ Canada<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align:center\">\n<figure class=\"image\" style=\"display:inline-block\"><img alt=\"\" heig=\"\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"menu_order":0,"template":"","news-categories":[],"news-region-taxonomy":[],"news-tag":[758,2261],"class_list":["post-48217","news","type-news","status-publish","hentry","news-tag-etats-unis-canada","news-tag-ministeres-multiculturels"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.1 (Yoast SEO v27.1.1) -
