Le directeur des missions mondiales Verne Ward a fait la nomination sur la recommandation du directeur r\u00e9gional Asie-Pacifique Mark Louw et en consultation avec le surintendant g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de juridiction David Graves.<\/p>\n<p>Gualberto remplace Larry West, qui prend sa retraite apr\u00e8s avoir servi de FSC depuis 2010. La nomination sera efficace le 1 mai 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Il est humble d&rsquo;\u00eatre appel\u00e9 par le Seigneur \u00e0 un nouveau territoire et \u00e0 servir le Seigneur avec d&rsquo;autres de diff\u00e9rentes cultures et langues \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Gualberto.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gualberto est n\u00e9 aux Philippines. Apr\u00e8s avoir confirm\u00e9 son appel \u00e0 devenir un pasteur, il s&rsquo;est inscrit au Coll\u00e8ge biblique nazar\u00e9en Luzon (maintenant Coll\u00e8ge nazar\u00e9en philippin) pour poursuivre son baccalaur\u00e9at en th\u00e9ologie, obtenant son dipl\u00f4me en 2001. En 2004, tout en servant de pasteur principal de l&rsquo;\u00c9glise GMA du Nazar\u00e9en, il a servi de coordonnateur r\u00e9gional du d\u00e9veloppement de l&rsquo;enfant et puis de coordonnateur r\u00e9gional des minist\u00e8res nazar\u00e9ens de compassion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir servi dans cette capacit\u00e9 pendant quatre ans, lui et sa famille ont d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 aux Philippines pour servir de coordonnateur de strat\u00e9gie de champ pour le champ Philippines-Micron\u00e9sie pendant 10 ans. De 2006 \u00e0 2010, il a servi de coordonnateur de programme international pour les minist\u00e8res nazar\u00e9ens de compassion internationaux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En 2020, il a senti le Seigneur appeler sa famille \u00e0 leur \u00c9glise locale, \u00c9glise GMA du Nazar\u00e9en, o\u00f9 Gualberto sert de pasteur principal.<\/p>\n<p>Dieu a fait tellement de grandes choses dans l&rsquo;\u00c9glise du Nazar\u00e9en &#8211; GMA, o\u00f9 je suis servant de pasteur principal \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Gualberto. D\u00e9cider de faire la transition d&rsquo;\u00eatre un pasteur d&rsquo;une \u00c9glise impressionnante \u00e0 \u00eatre un coordonnateur de strat\u00e9gie de champ d&rsquo;un autre champ est une d\u00e9cision difficile \u00e0 faire.
