Plus de 24 hommes et femmes ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la formation. <\/p>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;aum\u00f4nier David Troxler a enseign\u00e9 aux aum\u00f4niers et au personnel infirmier sur la gestion du stress des incidents critique. David fait partie d&rsquo;une \u00e9quipe des missions nazar\u00e9ennes du district de Philadelphie qui est venue en Papouasie-Nouvelle-Guin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n<p>Le dernier jour, la pr\u00e9sentation d&rsquo;ouverture de l&rsquo;aum\u00f4nier principal de l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital Anthony Koh, a mis en \u00e9vidence l&rsquo;appel de l&rsquo;aum\u00f4nier et la vie spirituelle. Troxler a fourni une formation suppl\u00e9mentaire sur les soins des personnes en crise.<\/p>\n\n<p>Les participants comprenaient des aum\u00f4niers \u00e9ducatifs, des aum\u00f4niers d&rsquo;h\u00f4pital, plusieurs infirmi\u00e8res d&rsquo;autres h\u00f4pitaux PNG sans aum\u00f4niers, des aum\u00f4niers industriels et un officiel du gouvernement nazar\u00e9en qui sert dans un h\u00f4pital g\u00e9r\u00e9 par le gouvernement.<\/p>\n\n<p>Un participant n&rsquo;avait jamais eu de formation d&rsquo;aum\u00f4nier, la formation a donc offert des opportunit\u00e9s de r\u00e9seautage et des discussions sur le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences personnelles.<\/p>\n\n<p>Joshua Sika a honor\u00e9 le rassemblement, d\u00e9clarant qu&rsquo;il aidait \u00e0 corriger la d\u00e9rive inadvertante de la mission de l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital.<\/p>\n\n<p>Le groupe servant avec les \u00e9quipes des missions nazar\u00e9ennes a \u00e9galement travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 la station de diverses fa\u00e7ons, traitant les fournitures m\u00e9dicales et effectuant l&rsquo;inventaire, r\u00e9union avec le personnel de l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital et les \u00e9tudiants en soins infirmiers et soutenant un orphelinat. <\/p>\n\n<p>Une deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9quipe de Philadelphie est all\u00e9e \u00e0 Bana, PNG, o\u00f9 ils ont construit une clinique externe pour l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00c9glise de l&rsquo;Asie-Pacifique<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;H\u00f4pital g\u00e9n\u00e9ral nazar\u00e9en a tenu une journ\u00e9e de formation d&rsquo;aum\u00f4niers de son type \u00e0 la station de mission \u00e0 Kudjip, Papouasie-Nouvelle-Guin\u00e9e, du 7 au 11 mars 2025.
