The district center is an important facility for the whole Bicol District as it serves as a hub for District operation and administration, clergy and lay ministers’ development, district functions including district assemblies and conventions as well as retreats, worship, fellowship, and distribution of relief items during natural disasters.

Currently, there is an old 2-story wooden building on the district property that serves as the district parsonage.  However, it is termite infested and not properly maintained.  The district advisory board has agreed to re-purpose the first level as a living space for trainees and one-third of the second floor to serve as the district office. The rest of the second floor will serve as a district parsonage with two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom, and kitchen.

The project will consist of the construction of training rooms, men and women's living quarters, bathroom, kitchen/dining facility, library, offices, worship center, recreation area, and district parsonage. The district also plans to lease the facility to other Christian organizations for their activities/events so the district can also raise funds for maintenance and upkeep of the center.  Facility management will be a priority to make sure that district events and events of other organizations do not overlap. The center is located in a strategic section of Legapzi City, capital of Albay province and a highly urbanized city in the Bicol region.
