Los Archivos Nazarenos constituyen una colecci\u00f3n \u00fanica de fuentes que documentan la historia y la vida de la Iglesia del Nazareno. Sus materiales constituyen un eslab\u00f3n fundamental en la memoria colectiva de la iglesia. Sus colecciones hist\u00f3ricas tienen un alcance internacional y documentan numerosas facetas de la vida nazarena, entre las que se incluyen las pr\u00e1cticas religiosas, la educaci\u00f3n superior, el ministerio y la misi\u00f3n transculturales, la m\u00fasica, la vida congregacional y distrital, las publicaciones de la iglesia y los ministerios sociales. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Una de las principales funciones de los Archivos es recopilar y conservar los documentos oficiales generados o recibidos por las entidades generales de la Iglesia. Entre ellos se incluyen los documentos de la Asamblea General, la Junta General, la Junta de Superintendentes Generales, el Centro de Ministerio Global, la Casa Nazarena de Publicaciones, el Seminario Teol\u00f3gico Nazareno y los comit\u00e9s y comisiones oficiales. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Pero el Archivo es m\u00e1s que un simple dep\u00f3sito de documentos oficiales. Tambi\u00e9n recibe documentos y materiales personales donados por cientos de personas. Estos materiales, procedentes de pastores, evangelistas, misioneros y laicos, nos abren nuevas perspectivas sobre muchos aspectos de la vida nazarena y nos ofrecen diferentes puntos de vista y formas de comprensi\u00f3n. <\/p>\n

Las colecciones se presentan en diversos formatos \u2014cartas, microfilmes, fotograf\u00edas, pel\u00edculas caseras y producciones cinematogr\u00e1ficas, grabaciones y cintas de audio, y diarios\u2014 y en otros formatos. Entre los materiales m\u00e1s antiguos del Archivo se encuentran las primeras ediciones de La Gu\u00eda para la Perfecci\u00f3n Cristiana *The Guide to Christian Perfection*, la revista sobre la santidad de mediados del siglo XIX. Entre los fondos m\u00e1s recientes se encuentra la \u00faltima edici\u00f3n de Santidad Hoy *Holiness Today*. <\/p>\n
