Luanne Beadnell ha sido un miembro de the Alliance, Ohio, Iglesia de la Nazarenesi<\/a> nce 2008, pero no fue hasta recientemente que sinti\u00f3 que Dios la llam\u00f3 a una vida de liderazgo cristiano a trav\u00e9s del ministerio laico. <\/p>\n

Despu\u00e9s de luchar durante m\u00e1s de dos a\u00f1os, sinti\u00e9ndose como un barco sin direcci\u00f3n, sent\u00ed Su llamada a mi vida tan fuerte que realmente pens\u00e9 que era una llamada a predicar, dijo Beadnell. Ten\u00eda tal hambre de aprender; un hambre de conocer a este Dios que dio a Su Hijo por mis<\/em> pecados. <\/p>\n

Cuando Beadnell se acerc\u00f3 a su pastor, Glen Davidson, sobre su convicci\u00f3n la se\u00f1al\u00f3 a StrengthsFinder<\/a>. El StrengthsFinder es una herramienta de evaluaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea de una hora que \u00abmide sus patrones naturales de pensamiento, sentir y comportarse\u00bb para identificar las fortalezas personales de uno. Davidson alent\u00f3 a Beadnell a tomar la prueba para que pudieran identificar d\u00f3nde se destaca naturalmente y c\u00f3mo Dios podr\u00eda usarla de la manera m\u00e1s efectiva. <\/p>\n

Con estas fortalezas en mente, Pastor Glen y yo nos sentamos a entender c\u00f3mo ir con la llamada y el liderazgo que sent\u00ed de Dios, dijo Beadnell.<\/p>\n

Fue en esta conversaci\u00f3n que Davidson sugiri\u00f3 The Discipleship Place<\/a> de la Escuela Dominical y los Ministerios de Discipleship  International  y su Certificado de Ministerio Laico<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Despu\u00e9s de mucha oraci\u00f3n, la orientaci\u00f3n de mi pastor y la paz que sent\u00ed, vine a darme cuenta de que ser un laico  era exactamente donde Dios quer\u00eda para m\u00ed en este momento, dijo Beadnell. Los cursos que se ofrecen en The Discipleship  Placeholderon satisfacer parte de mi hambre de aprender y me ayudaron a saber que la Biblia es m\u00e1s que solo una buena lectura.<\/p>\n

De todas las clases que The Discipleship Places ofrece, Beadnell comenz\u00f3 este viaje del ministerio laico con el curso del Antiguo Testamento.<\/p>\n

Despu\u00e9s de tomar los cursos del Antiguo Testamento, tengo una nueva comprensi\u00f3n de un Dios que cre\u00f3 los cielos y las estrellas, dijo Beadnell. Despu\u00e9s de que termin\u00f3 su primer curso, pas\u00f3 r\u00e1pidamente a trav\u00e9s del curso del Nuevo Testamento y actualmente est\u00e1 trabajando a trav\u00e9s del curso de Formaci\u00f3n Espiritual.<\/p>\n
