El voto de la asamblea sigue un a\u00f1o de deliberaci\u00f3n, discusi\u00f3n y oraci\u00f3n de los l\u00edderes de distrito. La aprobaci\u00f3n final para el cambio de nombre fue emitida esta semana por la Iglesia de la Junta de Superintendentes Generales de la Nazarena y es efectiva de inmediato.<\/p>\n<p>Norte \/ East Texas se siente como un t\u00edtulo m\u00e1s fuerte y m\u00e1s efectivo para hoy y para el futuro, dijo el Superintendente de Distrito Keven Wentworth mientras &nbsp;presentaba la propuesta de cambio de nombre. Nuestro distrito es una secci\u00f3n grande de Norte y East&nbsp;Texas, representando una amplia diversidad de culturas, ministerios, econom\u00edas y comunidades.<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta, presentada por &nbsp;la Junta Asesora de Distrito, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u00abEn el mundo de hoy, &#8216;Norte \/ Este de Texas&#8217; &nbsp;es un t\u00edtulo descriptivo m\u00e1s efectivo para el distrito, &nbsp;y se conecta m\u00e1s estrechamente en la mente p\u00fablica y la comprensi\u00f3n de d\u00f3nde est\u00e1n ubicados los nazarenos en nuestra \u00e1rea geogr\u00e1fica \u00fanica. El nuevo nombre tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 destinado a ayudarnos a conectarnos como una familia de distrito, para proporcionar una unidad de nombre que se relacione mejor con &nbsp;qui\u00e9nes somos y donde estamos proclamando el mensaje que cambia la vida de Jesucristo: a todos los rincones del Norte y el Este de Texas.<\/p>\n<p>Organizado en 1908, el Distrito de Dallas fue uno de los primeros en la Iglesia de la Nazarena.<\/p>\n<p>Wentworth pag\u00f3 homenaje a tres generaciones de nazarenos de Texas.<\/p>\n<p>Debemos continuar recordando y atesorando el trabajo duro, la fe fuerte y las ra\u00edces profundas establecidas por los nazarenos en esta \u00e1rea desde principios de la d\u00e9cada de 1900 bajo la bandera de &#8216;el Distrito de Dallas&#8217;.
