Eventualmente, Chumi fue seleccionado, y un cirujano especialista realiz\u00f3 el procedimiento que necesitaba.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora, gracias a los ni\u00f1os de todo el mundo que recaudaron dinero para el programa, Chumi y otros 18 ni\u00f1os enfermos o discapacitados en Bangladesh fueron elegidos para recibir tratamiento m\u00e9dico cr\u00edtico que no podr\u00edan pagar de otra manera.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aunque su recuperaci\u00f3n tomar\u00e1 alg\u00fan tiempo, Chumi ahora puede mover su mano, y el m\u00e9dico le ense\u00f1\u00f3 algunos ejercicios y le dio alg\u00fan medicamento para ayudar al proceso de curaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Chumi dijo que las personas ya no tienen miedo de ella, y ha sido aceptada en su comunidad y por su familia extendida.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, est\u00e1 en el 11\u00ba grado, y su sue\u00f1o es terminar sus estudios y obtener un buen trabajo. Quiere ser la luz en la oscuridad de su familia empobrecida. Expres\u00f3 gratitud a la Iglesia de la Nazarena y SDMI por su generosidad y el apoyo para su tratamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de Chumi, otros seis ni\u00f1os recibieron cirug\u00edas, incluidas cirug\u00edas de coraz\u00f3n y labio hendido.
