Ha estado sirviendo como el vicepresidente de avance institucional en el Eastern Nazarene College en Quincy, Massachusetts, Estados Unidos, desde agosto de 2016.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"line-height:107%\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:107%\">Bollinger sucede a Bruce Oldham, que renunci\u00f3 en mayo de 2019 para convertirse en el pastor principal de la Primera Iglesia de la Nazarena en Winter Haven, Florida, Estados Unidos. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"line-height:107%\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:107%\">Anteriormente, Bollinger sirvi\u00f3 como director global de los Ministerios Nazarenos Compasivos de 2004 a 2016, viajando a m\u00e1s de 100 pa\u00edses y trabajando con el personal para implementar programas humanitarios globales. Como CEO y presidente de los Ministerios Nazarenos Compasivos Inc., una sin fines de lucro separada que trabaja con programas del gobierno y la fundaci\u00f3n, Bollinger ha supervisado iniciativas de varios &nbsp;millones de d\u00f3lares financiadas por USAID y el Departamento de Justicia de los Estados Unidos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"line-height:107%\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:107%\">Bollinger tambi\u00e9n sirvi\u00f3 en Filipinas como coordinador de Ministerios Nazarenos Compasivos para la Regi\u00f3n de Asia-Pac\u00edfico durante tres a\u00f1os a partir de 2001, despu\u00e9s de servir con NCM desde enero de 1996. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify; margin-bottom:11px\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"line-height:107%\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:107%\">En 2016, Bollinger fue galardonado con un Doctor en Educaci\u00f3n en Liderazgo \u00c9tico de la Universidad Olivet Nazarena y complet\u00f3 el programa de Capacitaci\u00f3n Ejecutiva en Administraci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica de la Universidad de Harvard para l\u00edderes de organizaciones no gubernamentales.
