Antes de su elecci\u00f3n inicial en 2013, era el representante regional de Eurasia en el Consejo Global de NMI de 2001 a 2009, incluidos cuatro a\u00f1os como vicepresidente global de NMI. Weatherill tambi\u00e9n sirvi\u00f3 como presidente del Distrito de British Isles Sur de NMI durante 18 a\u00f1os. <\/p>\n
