Actualmente sirve como pastor de la Iglesia de la Comunidad Woodland Lakes de la Nazarena en Wichita, Kansas.<\/p>\n<p>El Superintendente General David Busic hizo el nombramiento en consulta con la Junta Asesora del Distrito de Kansas y la Junta de Superintendentes Generales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Estoy sorprendido, agradecido y humilde de ser nombrado como Superintendente del Distrito de Kansas, dijo Franklin.
