BGS announces pre-General Assembly prayer, fasting initiative

Our Lord calls each of us to prayer with fasting. The Board of General Superintendents encourages Nazarenes everywhere to fast and pray beginning 1 June 2013 and continuing for 21 days until the General Assembly and Conventions.

While there he preached, spoke at a men’s conference, and met with church leaders in various cities. Welcomed by president Glenn Burris, 18 top leaders of denominations committed to a common emphasis on holiness in the 21st century met as part of the Wesleyan Holiness Consortium (WHC).
