General Superintendent J. K. Warrick recently addressed Mexico and Central America (MAC) Region district superintendents and their spouses in Guatemala. Each evening throughout the retreat, he challenged these leaders to see and act on God's vision, even in situations where they are standing alone.

Dr. Warrick first spoke to the recently elected district superintendents and spouses at the MAC regional office on May 28, 2006, in the School of Leadership, a two-day training session concentrating on their roles as new leaders of their districts. The remainder of the superintendents and their spouses arrived the next day for sessions at the convention center on the grounds of Guatemala City's Nazarene Theological Seminary.

Joining Dr. Warrick in this training event were MAC Regional Director Carlos Saenz, regional field strategy coordinators and ministry coordinators, and World Mission Director Louie E. Bustle via live video feed.

Dr. Warrick was accompanied by his wife, Patty, throughout the retreat, which focused on strengthening marriage relationships as couples serve together in the Kingdom. To conclude their time together, each couple renewed their marriage vows.
