Centennial Celebration Sunday
Emphasize how Sunday School is a place where we experience God’s grace.

• Use Week 3 of the Centennial Sunday School lessons – “We are Grace-filled” for youth and adults, and “God’s Gift of Grace,” for children.

• Use the Centennial sermon “The Church as the Chosen People.”

• Add to your growing bulletin board the word “Grace-filled.”

• Bresee Photo Op. Create a large picture of Bresee (see http://nazarene.org/ministries/administration/archives/display.aspx ). Glue the photo to a large cardboard box to make it stand up. Bring an instant or digital camera and allow children to have their pictures taken with Bresee. They can wear their own clothes, or you can provide historical costumes for the children to dress in for their photo. Display the pictures in the classroom or hall.

• Have children (and others) participate in a reenactment of Pilot Point by doing the Hallelujah March.
 
• Happy 100th Cake. Celebrate with a cake and candles during Sunday School Celebration Sunday. Sing Happy 100th to the Church of the Nazarene.
