“These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.” – Deuteronomy 6:6-7
•    Emphasize connecting with children.
•    Affirm the church’s commitment to the spiritual development of children
•    On Palm Sunday, include children in the processional and other parts of the service.
•    Provide a workshop for parents of children.
•    If possible, schedule a child baptism or dedication for this Sunday. Take to heart the words in the liturgy.
•    Host a children’s party. Have each child bring a friend.
•    Pray for children and their parents; pray for children’s workers.
•    Provide an opportunity for the children to become involved in a community service project.
•    Invite people to share testimonies of the spiritual foundation that was laid in their lives when they were children.
