The Human Resources Office gives direction in the employment of approximately 265 full- and part-time members of the Global Ministry Center staff.

The staff provides services including government compliance, employee benefits administration, employee relations, and employee morale. An ongoing strategy is to enhance benefits without increasing costs, with the goal of attracting and retaining well-qualified, ministry-oriented employees.
