When the Kalkaska Church of the Nazarene was established,
they needed financing to build their first church. Since they were a new start
and had no financial history to qualify for a conventional bank loan, they
contacted the USA Church of the Nazarene Loan Fund, were approved, and
successfully completed the loan process. Twelve years later, when they wanted to
refinance, they were pleased to discover the same person who worked on their
original loan could now help them fulfill their refinance request.
The USA Church of the Nazarene Loan Fund was established in
1955 with the mission to provide loans to new and small Nazarene churches,
especially ones that could not obtain financing with local lenders. Our mission
has remained the same throughout the years as well as our dedication to provide
personal attention to each church. We walk churches through the loan process
from the application request to closing and we are available to answer any
questions the church may have regarding their loan.
We look forward to working with your church and district as
you minister to the people of your community and congregation to reach a lost
and needy world.
