Many Nazarenes give beyond their tithes and offerings by contributing to specific ministries God has placed on their hearts. Many of these ministries have been recognized as Ten Percent Mission Specials. To learn more about Ten Percent Mission Specials please view the Ten Percent Fact Sheet.

Two Ways to Give
1. Global Treasury Services Giving
The most common method of giving is giving through GTS (Global Treasury Services). These cash gifts are sent to GTS with the designated accounting information for the receiving ministry or are given through the online donation process. These gifts will be recorded on your church’s Transaction History.
2. Point-to-Point Giving
Point-to-point is a method of receiving recognition for cash and non-cash gifts that are channeled directly to the Ten Percent approved receiving ministry. The approved receiving ministry should meet one of the following criteria:
• The ministry is an approved USA/Canada Nazarene Compassionate Ministry Center.
• The ministry is an approved USA/Canada New Start.
• The point-to-point gift has been approved by the Ten Percent Committee.
To receive recognition for point-to-point gifts, your church will need to submit a request to Stewardship Ministries for approval. You may submit a request by selecting the Point to Point link within the Funding the Mission reporting application found at
www.fundingthemission.org.
Recognition Levels
Churches that have met all of their allocations (World Evangelism Fund, Pensions & Benefits, district, and education funds) are honored with the World Evangelism Church award. Churches that have met all of their allocations
and give ten percent for missions are considered
Mission 10 churches and are honored with the
Mission 10 award. Of course, some generous churches contribute far more than ten percent to our shared global mission. These churches will receive recognition in five percent increments beyond
Mission 10 status (
Mission 15, 20, 25, etc.). To view these churches, click on one of the following reports:
