A remittance is a form that we encourage you to send with each contribution in order to expedite its processing in the Global Treasury Services. While your contribution is sent to the bank for deposit the remittance form tells us about your contribution.

After you make a contribution you will receive a new remittance form and return envelope with your receipt from the Global Treasury Services. This form can then be used for your next contribution.

There are two forms available for download, church and individual remittances. Each of these forms includes a numbered list of instructions to complete the form.
